Swami Vivekanand Subharti University

SVSU houses over 14 distinct faculties offering more than 220 programs across Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Engineering, Management, Law, Pharmacy, and Fine Arts. The university integrates traditional ethics and values with modern, research-driven education. It is recognized as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) by the DST and serves as a nodal center for ISRO training initiatives. History: The foundations of the university were laid in 1974 by Dr. Atul Krishna through a social service organization. The Subharti K.K.B. Charitable Trust was formed in 1995, leading to the establishment of Subharti Dental College in 1996. By 2008, the entire group of institutions on the Delhi-Haridwar Bypass was awarded university status, named in honor of the great Indian monk, Swami Vivekananda. Mission: To develop thoughtful, well-rounded, and creative individuals by ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education. The university promotes multidisciplinary learning through national and international collaborations, integration of technology, innovation, and research.
